Help Lines and Websites for Abuse

To carry on with our two previous posts on online Mental Health and Addictions support resources, we would like to dedicate this post to people that are suffering from any sort of abuse or are needing a help-line. We recognize that people may be living with their abusers, and with not being able to be out in the community, this can make life a lot harder and in some cases dangerous. If you are needing help or support in any way, please reach out to one of the numbers below or message us through our Help Me, and talk to someone.
